Real world experiences and benefits to FreakyFungi community members in the form of FreakyForaging Experiences - we will partner with real-world professional foragers.
Community giveaways and experiences to artists, photographers, fungiphages and mycophiles for their mushroom related content.
10% of sales and royalties donated. These donations will go to community chosen organisations, charities or projects. Whether that's conservation of woodlands, charities with good humanitarian causes, or clinical trials and studies using natural remedies such as Psylocybin, Iowasca and Cannabis.

The Manifestation
10,000+ FreakyFungi formed from over 500 hand-drawn caps, stipes, volvae, eyes and other visible anatomical variations based on real species of fungi and pop culture references.
Many additional non-visible attributes, inspired by nature, pop-culture references, and random inspirations.

42 Tattoo-able FreakyFungi, randomly assigned, can be tattooed for free (1st time only) by our very own multi award winning tattoo artist, Matty LaBoosh of Forty Two Tattoo.
100+ 1/1 Special Edition PopFungi (all Tattoo-able) released in batches of 10 or more weekly to support the development of the wider project.

Stage 0
The creation of artwork:
- 100 'real mushroom' caps * 3 colour variants of each = 300 total

- 48 backgrounds taken from 16 complete hand-drawn scenes (possibly even more!).

Creation of initial website.
Stage 1
Launch of interactive minigame on the website, for people to learn about the mushrooms used as inspiration for the artwork.
The minigame will be continuously developed to become the primary interface through which the growing community of foragers interact with the project.
Stage 2
First drop of PopFungi NFTs while the community is small to give early supporters a chance to acquire limited special editions.
A Spooky Surprise!
PopFungi drops to continue over the course of development of the larger FreakyFungi collection.
Stage 3
Further development of FreakyFungi smart contract.
Mammoth task of refining and organising all of the metadata to compliment the images.
Testing of generative artwork and metadata. It's not as straight forward as people make it look in the videos, trust me (Paul).
Stage 4
Deploy smart contract.
Reservation of team tokens and tokens for future giveaways.
FreakyFungi minting live!
Stage 5
Live stream of image and metadata generation and publishing within 1 week of minting.
Metadata frozen on the blockchain.

Sold out 🤞🏻
Token holders vote to release locked funds from sale (exact requirements TBC).
